Bentley Prince Street's products utilizing High PerformancePC broadloom and SelectRC tile backings are certified to the NSF 140-2010 Sustainability Assessment for Carpet at the Platinum level. In addition, all NexStep carpet tile products and broadloom products using the optional Prestige PlusRC™ and Optimum Barrier II backings are certified to the Gold level.
Here’s how Bentley Prince Street products meet the standard:
- Bentley Prince Street products using High PerformancePC broadloom or SelectRC tile backing are certified to the Platinum level.
- The High PerformancePC broadloom products are made with a post consumer recycled content backing system. Using state of the art technology, latex carpet backing is recycled and reprocessed into carpet backing for an average of 10% post-consumer recycled content.
- Additionally, all products utilizing Bentley Prince Street’s optional Prestige PlusRC™ and Optimum Barrier II backing systems are also certified to NSF-140 Gold.
- And, all of Bentley Prince Street’s carpet tile products backed with NexStep® Cushion Tile are certified as NSF-140 Gold.
